This special multi-course night celebrates the "passing of the torch" in the Wilma Building. The kitchen will be commanded by three esteemed talents: Chef Scott Gill from Scotty's Table, Yuriko Hagen and Chef Kenta Nishimori. Expect a masterful blend of Chef Scotty's celebrated, locally-focused creativity with the authentic, elevated Japanese techniques and flavor profiles championed by Yuriko and Chef Kenta. $125 per person which includes a 5 course meal. Each course will be paired with wine. This is a set menu with no substitutions. $50 dollar deposit is required.
