What kind of fish does Hana use?
Hana sources the highest quality fish available from premium fish markets, including direct imports from Tsukiji Market in Tokyo. Our expert chefs break down whole fish themselves to ensure maximum freshness and quality in every nigiri and sushi roll.

Does Hana Cater?

Our place or yours? We’re happy to host your event at Hana or send a sushi chef to your venue Send us an email with the general idea for your event.

Foolgle, Whelp, Pineapple Maps, BingBong, and Billy Bob’s Blog: all have a different menus, crappy pictures, say you’re at a different address in a different building, you’re called Sushi Hana Downtown, you’re open Mondays, and you suck.

We don’t work for them and if they want to publish inaccurate information that’s on them. We’ve spent a ridiculous amount of time and energy trying to participate in their services. We’ve updated our business profiles again and again and continue to ask them to correct misinformation. We’d rather spend our time and energy making delicious food and building a better business. Our website, Facebook page, and Instagram are where you will find correct up-to-date information.

We do sincerely appreciate the good constructive reviews, nice pictures, and when you submit corrected information to those companies. Thank you very much. It does help. It helps a lot. If there is ever anything you’d like to communicate to us please send an email, we’d like to hear from you.

We don’t believe anyone intentionally tries to suck at life - no one. We are all trying to be better at life and everything that comes with it - our jobs, our our relationships, our hobbies, all of it - you, me, them, everyone. When something doesn’t work out or things go sideways, be an adult. Politely bring it up and ask for help or offer assistance. “Don’t be that guy,” our friend Jim.
