Omakase Reservations

Hana is pleased to offer an exclusive Omakase experience each Wednesday evening, presenting a refined and traditional expression of Japanese culinary artistry. This chef‑guided tasting features around 15 courses of sushi, thoughtfully curated to highlight seasonality, craftsmanship, and the highest‑quality ingredients.

Service Details:

  • Seating directly in front of chef Kenta Nishimori

  • Reservations required

  • Two seatings: 6:00 PM and 8:00 PM

  • Limited to 8 guests per seating

  • Sushi‑only tasting menu

  • $150 per person

Prepared and served directly by chef Kenta Nishimori, this intimate format ensures each course is presented with thoughtful attention and a commitment to authenticity. Guests are invited to enjoy a focused, elevated culinary experience that reflects the tradition and elegance of true Omakase.
