After graduating from Art school in Philadelphia, Rob spent 8 years as a commercial illustrator before moving to his families ranch on Rock creek.

 Rob Rez has been a contributing cartoonist for the Missoula Independent, since 1994, and is currently tattooing at Bound by Glory Tattoo in Downtown Missoula.
 

"I have always enjoyed Abstract Expressionism, as a painting style. It is a very raw, bold, and exciting style of art to me. It involves substantial planning, but the actual execution of the paintings are very rapid and very satisfying to an artists emotional input. There is no erasing or redrawing mistakes.
