Chef Walker Hunter returns for East meets West.
We're teaming up again with Chef Walker Hunter, head chef of Brasserie Porte Rouge and a James Beard Award semifinalist, for one evening where classic French technique meets Japanese tradition.
The two kitchens have created an exclusive five-course tasting menu, finished with a special dessert. Each course is paired with a wine chosen to match it, along with a few standout sakes.

Doors Open: 4:30 PM | Dinner Starts: 5:00 PM
Price: $120 per person ($40 non-refundable deposit reserves your seat) In lieu of gratutity, a 20% service charge will be added to your final check.
