Please join us at our Grand Opening Event of Hana on 8/2 (Sat). We are introducing Kenta Nishimori as our executive chef at Montanaβs first fish cutting event. Kenta will break down a whole Bluefin tuna (100+ lb.) right in front of us. The event includes 6 course meal using different cuts and flavors of bluefin tuna, each paired with sake or wine. We also introduce our Patissier, Julia Mason with her beautiful dessert. The cost is $150 per person. The door opens at 5:30. The event starts at 6:00.
