Please join us at our Grand Opening Event of Hana on 8/2 (Sat). We are introducing Kenta Nishimori as our executive chef at Montana’s first fish cutting event. Kenta will break down a whole Bluefin tuna (100+ lb.) right in front of us. The event includes 6 course meal using different cuts and flavors of blue fin tuna, each paired with sake or wine. We also introduce our Patisserie, Julia Mason with her beautiful dessert. The cost is $150 per person. The door opens at 5:30. The event starts at 6:00.
